The November 2025 release is here — and it’s all about stability, usability, and empowering our users with more power! From addressing technical debt to introducing new UI enhancements and enhanced scan intelligence, this release reflects the feedback from our early users.
🔍 Firmware & Connectivity Workflows
- SBOM downloads: As a result of the firmware scan, you can now download SBOMs (software bill of materials). The most popular formats are available: SPDX and CycloneDX.
- SBOM scans: you can also use SBOM instead of the firmware to search for known vulnerabilities
- We extended the communication matrix with a remove all option
- Improved the validation, tests of our connectivites, as well as on network use cases
📊 Better Scan Reports & Findings UI
Your scan results are easier to use, compare, and share:
- Scan results now include:
- Multiple download formats
- A downloadable Risk Register
- Clear availability indicators
- Finding details are now full-width with improved recommendations and code previews
- Improvements on the proxy flow, including sorting, multi-select, device grouping, and multi-device fields
- Full upgrade of our frontend application stack
- UI cleanup on popovers, dropdowns, and scan comparison

🧪 Plugins and Under-the-Hood enhancements
In this release, we continue to improve our plugins to be more informative and accurate, including:
- APSC – Active Port Scan was extended to include a vulnerability scan. The results have been moved to a dedicated finding. All details can be found in the spreadsheet report
- Smarter TLS flow de-duplication: we now preserve TLS version + SNI to avoid over-merging

This release wraps up a major cleanup; we dealt with a lot of technical debt and a long list of minor bug fixes that will improve the overall experience for our users. for Bunkai. For the next release, we expect enhancements for the proxy flow and SIM card capabilities.
